Correct Hydration

Summer is an easy time of the year to remember it's important, yet almost no one is correctly hydrated. In fact, only 4 people in the 15 year history of our company were correctly hydrated when they began training with us. Beverages that are caffeinated, or containing alcohol, among others, have a net effect of dehydration. So drink less of these and more water. The key is to go for progress not perfection. Flexibility and posture will improve, pain will diminish.
